Meet Chef Inayah Jannah.

Raised in Senegal, Chef Inayah Jannah’s culinary journey is rooted in the vibrant flavors and rich traditions of West African cuisine. Immersed in both Islamic teachings and the culinary arts from an early age, Inayah’s passion for food was fueled by the women in her community and their mastery of traditional African dishes.

Venturing to America, Inayah expanded her culinary repertoire at a prestigious culinary school, diving into the subtleties of American cuisine and the fast-paced environment of professional kitchens. From cooking in her home kitchen to establishing Beyond Soul, her successful catering business, Inayah’s innovative blend of soul food and ethnic cuisines from around the world has won acclaim.

Her talents even led to being featured on the Food Network’s Chef Boot Camp, propelling her career to new heights and showcasing her unique fusion style to a wider audience. Now, Inayah sets her sights on her next endeavor: opening a restaurant. With her deep understanding of West African flavors, her mastery of American cuisine, and her creative approach to fusion cooking, Inayah is on a mission to provide a dining experience that celebrates diversity and introduces patrons to an array of tantalizing flavors
